I'm particular about Mexican food because I believe authentic dishes should reflect traditional flavors. The pupusas, reminiscent of gorditas from my childhood, were served with a salsa that was utterly delicious, and the cheese transported me back home. I enjoyed amazing beef tacos, bursting with flavor and offered at an unbeatable price, while also discovering a treasure trove of Mexican groceries and fresh corn tortillas available on weekends.
