A week ago I ordered a pizza that was the mostest pepperoni( this pizza was supposed to be loaded with pepperoni) When I got home and opened the box it was a plain cheese pizza. I called and they told me the next time I come they would give me a free pepperoni pizza for their mistake. Today I called the manager and she said I could come by and get my free pizza. When I got there the store was packed. I went to the side and asked for the manager. Ten minutes later the manager came and told me that I had to wait until she had served all of the other customers as another staff person told her my free pizza was right there. She refused to give me my pizza saying I would still have to wait until she served everyone else even though my free pizza was right there. I was shocked since all she had to do was pick my free pizza up and give it to me. Needless to say I left VERY DISAPPOINTED. This happened around 6:45 on July
