The charming cafe in downtown Halifax offered a delightful vegetarian breakfast taco, generously filled with scrambled eggs and veggies on a lightly grilled tortilla. The yogurt parfait with unsweetened yogurt was a pleasant surprise, perfectly balancing the sweetness of the granola and fruit. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with friendly staff and additional seating upstairs providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling downtown area.
