Great Pizza sauce
In a mood for pizza, we stopped at Luigi's. Of the 9 pizza options, we ordered the 12" Works, which came with onion, green pepper, mushrooms, ground beef, and bacon. They make their own pizza crust and sauce. The crust was traditional, not too thin, and definitely not thick. The sauce was wonderful, not too sweet, good spices without being overwhelming. I liked that the toppings were all cut in small pieces so each bite had a good assortment of the toppings. Good mozzarella cheese, flavourful and chewy. The pizza took a bit of time, but that's because it was all freshly made, and served piping hot.
