We traveled to NS 3 or 4 years back. We loved Lunenburg. We especially liked the meals we had at Run Runner. We ate Lobster first as we wanted to say we had one in Canada. The next night we had Masala dishes. I was so surprised at the combination of Haddock and masala. My young daughters and I liked our Masala meals so much we lingered in Lunenburg the next day so we could eat there again for lunch before traveling on. And a good thing we did. We ate fresh fruits and cheeses and breads that evening and ended up eating a Canadian Thanksgiving meal at a roadside diner on the next day. It was quaint and cozy and the diner even had cranberry sauce in tiny tubs with a foil peel off lid but......good thing we were still satisfied from our previous days dining at Rum Runner.
The Rum Runner restraurant was very clean, with top level service, not your average tourist place near the water.
