Eli's Bread on 1064 Madison Avenue is my go-to spot for grabbing a loaf of their Health Bread in a flash. The prices are a bit steep, but the loaves are huge and they offer a variety of other bread and pastries. The store is well-stocked and kept clean, though the service can feel a bit impersonal - I usually just grab what I need and head out without lingering.
