One of my favorite escapes in NYC is this old-school spot covered in brick with warm lighting and questionable sauna art. The vibes are great, and you can hear the trains rumbling from the shvitz. The infrared, steam, shvitz, sauna, cold plunge, cafeteria beer circuit will give you the best natural euphoria you've ever experienced.
