Since returning to work in FIDI, I've been frequenting the food trucks at Hanover Square quite a bit. Recently, I tried this new truck that's been really good - I've been sticking to the pork bibimbap rice bowl with egg, and the flavors really stand out. My only gripe is that the egg could be runnier, but overall, I think it's worth a try. The truck seems pretty popular as they were running low on items when I swung by at 1:30 - they offer a variety of options like rice bowls, tacos, and burritos with pork, beef, chicken, and veggie (tofu). The crew working there is friendly and hardworking, so definitely give them a shot.
