The ordering system can be quite confusing since you have to use a tablet at the entrance and then take your ticket to the staff, and there aren't clear signs explaining this process. Despite the chaos, the staff are friendly and the gelato flavors are rich and fresh, with mint and salted caramel standing out, while some drinks like the orange & cinnamon hot chocolate pleasantly surprise with unique combinations. The cozy interior offers limited seating but a calm atmosphere to enjoy handmade, beautifully presented gelato that's worth trying again and again.
