I had a very easy and pleasant experience ordering from this kosher restaurant with friendly staff. I arrived around 6pm and didn't have to wait long. Just a heads up, the "spicy ginger sauce" is really hot, even for someone who enjoys spicy food like me! I recommend getting the sauce on the side next time.
