The food and atmosphere at Bolo were impressive during my recent lunch visit with colleagues. Located conveniently close to work, it was a practical choice for our meal. Despite mixed reviews typical of celebrity restaurants, Bolo won me over with their delicious dishes like the butternut squash risotto.
