During my visit to a popular noodle restaurant in Chinatown, I was amazed to see them making the noodles from scratch. I ordered the pan-fried noodles with pork, and despite the large portion that initially intimidated my husband, he ended up finishing every last bite. The cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and the authentic chili oil made for a perfect dining experience, especially on a rainy day, and I can't wait to return to try more of their offerings.
