You can't go wrong with grabbing some pastries from Balthazar Boulangerie - they always have a great variety and everything is super fresh. The ham & cheese croissants, almond croissants, and kougin amann are my personal favorites with all those buttery and flakey layers. And their sandwiches are fantastic for a quick lunch on the go too!
