Jing Hui is hands down the best Chinese spot around here. Their fried chicken wings are seriously bomb - perfectly seasoned and super tasty. The customer service is solid, especially for NY standards. Delivery can be quick, but watch out for the guy who tries to sneak in his own tip - not cool.
