The authentic Dominican cuisine here is bursting with flavor, with dishes like pollo guisado and pastelon that remind me of home-cooked meals. The service was attentive and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable, and I look forward to returning for the delicious yellow rice, chicken, and steak sandwich.
