I was a regular at the bar since I live close by. However, over the last few weeks the restaurant manager has acted hostile toward me and my friends when at dinner or having a drink at the bar. Whenever I sit there engaged in conversation, she targets us interrupting with an aggressive tone. I have been told to "watch my tone" while having a conversation at a reasonable level. When I looked stunned and speechless at her she told us that "she was through with us" and walked away. When we asked the bartender her name and who she was, he seemed scared to give us any information. He looked down at the floor saying she was the restaurant manager but would not give us any other information. He looked really scared. Later we found her name was Ivory or Irene. This place now reeks of a hostile work environment because of her. On another occasion, we heard in the kitchen yelling at someone that "She owed the place, and she can do what she likes". This was a great place to stop by with friends after work or on the weekend.; However, while she still works there I will not be back.
