Cafe Carla offers the most exquisite fermented tea leaf salad you'll ever taste, with meticulously selected high-quality ingredients. It operates as a wholesaler to grocery stores, where you can call ahead to have your salads freshly prepared and either brought out to your car or picked up at the location. While parking may be a challenge, the unparalleled taste and convenience of these bulk salads make it worth the effort to enjoy them at home or work.

Re Tea Leaf Salad: While I have purchased the Tea Leaf Salad for many years I haven't done so in about 14 months as I haven't gone into grocery stores until this week. I was thrilled to buy the salad again but very disappointed while eating it. Instead of the small piece(s) of jalapeño in the salad now hot sauce/powder is mixed in with the delicious leaf. Therefore, the whole salad is now too hot for me. I could eat the jalapeño in the salad but not this. I am wondering if this is a permanent change in which case I won't be able to eat it anymore or whether there was a shortage of papers and can look forward to eating the salad once the jalapeños are again used.
