I've been eager to try Bill's fruit wines for months, but his moving situation made it tough to catch him for a tasting until the EB Passport event at Two Mile. Despite specializing in tropical fruit and dessert wines, Bill's creations are truly worth a sip. Starting with the Mango Wine, made purely from mangoes, I was pleasantly surprised by its crisp and refreshing taste. The Mango dessert wine followed suit with its sugary sweetness, while the persimmon and signature Chocolate Dessert wine were equally delightful. As summer approaches, stocking up on Adams Point Wine for the upcoming heat waves is definitely a smart move.
