The smell of fresh masa hits you as soon as you walk up, and the tamales taste incredibly authentic and fresh-no preservatives, just pure flavor. I tried the red sauce tamales and the jalapeño-cheese one wrapped in banana leaves, and every bite was packed with delicious, moist masa and flavorful fillings. The people running the stand are super nice, and it's so easy to order online or grab some at farmers markets around town.

The aroma of freshly made masa enveloped the air as I stepped into the cozy establishment. The red sauce tamales I savored were bursting with pure, preservative-free flavors that left me craving more.
