Initially skeptical of food trucks due to horror stories about cleanliness, I tried a colleague's suggestion for lunch one day and was pleasantly surprised. The el pastor burrito with all the fixings and a side of spicy sauce was incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The truck's location varied, but it always drew a crowd of hungry truckers during the week, providing a convenient and delicious meal option.
