Late nights often find me drawn to Sia Fusion Eatery, where the warmth of Korean favorites like bibimbap and bulgogi fries offers comfort under dim lights. The creamy rose ricecake, rich with umami from mushrooms and silky sauce, lingers on my palate long after the meal ends. Though the service can be slow at times, the blend of bold flavors and familiar classics keeps me coming back whenever the craving strikes.
