During my recent visit to West Texas, I discovered a gem in Odessa that specializes in menudo and shrimp cocktails. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, complemented by friendly service that makes you feel at home. I indulged in their combination plate for breakfast, featuring delicious asado and chili verde, and I find myself returning weekly for their amazing menudo served with toasted French bread.
