Great Pizza!!!

I phoned in order for pickup I ordered a medium pepperoni and a side salad. I went to the pizza joint, went to counter to pay and pickup my order. I paid with my card, and then the guy behind the register asked me approve and amount for "tip"!! I literally felt obligated to tip them, although there was no real service, i.e., waitress etc. I didn't appreciate this, but I went ahead and provided a $3 tip. Then I proceed to get my pizza box and salad. I asked the guy behind the oven counter for an additional salad dressing for my salad, and he looked at me aggravated, and didn't even acknowledge a "thank you". I get to my house and opened up the box of pizza, and it was all over the box!! I should have taken it back, but it was very cold, Fri. 11/22, I decided just to eat it. I managed to eat only one slice. The quality of the pizza flavor was not good at all, and I was very disappointed. I have been a customer for many years, since the original owner, and the quality of the "specialty" is no longer there. I strongly believe in giving local businesses my support, but I will not support spending my money on a business that does not appreciate the value of good service and quality.
