I recently revisited this Mexican restaurant for the first time since the early 1980s and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The number 4 with a cheese chile relleno was absolutely delicious and brought back memories of why I loved this place. Despite its older appearance, the retro atmosphere adds to the charm and the service was excellent.
