I've been a fan of Historic BBQ for a while now, and let me tell you, their brisket is out of this world. Tony and his dad are not just BBQ masters, they're also super friendly and passionate about what they do. The flavor and texture of their meats are unbeatable, and I can't wait to track them down at the Common Beer Company on the 4th Sunday of every month for more mouthwatering goodness.
