Durgins has recently undergone a change in ownership and is currently undergoing reconstruction after the original building was demolished due to poor conditions. The new establishment, Cross Town Creamery, will offer a lovely dining space and delicious Johnson's ice cream, a local favorite. Customers are eagerly anticipating the grand opening, as the establishment promises excellent ice cream, quick service, and affordable prices, with the only minor improvements needed being the addition of air-conditioning indoors and updated outdoor seating.
