Venturing into Smith's on a cold Saturday, my companion and I knew exactly what we wanted - the Burton Beef on Weck, served simply without any accompaniments. The smoked beef piled high on a salted caraway toasted bun was absolutely mouthwatering, reminding me why we had to return. The modern and clean interior, complete with a fully stocked handmade wooden bar, provided a comfortable setting to enjoy the delicious fare offered by the Smith family's longstanding catering background.
