This restaurant had actually improved in recent years, but it has been forgetful and slow since the pandemic. Today, the visit was so bad that I actually wrote to corporate to report it. Woman working the drive through speaker walked away in the middle of my order for over five minutes, I received condiments covered in maple syrup (which draws the cleanliness inside into question, as nothing in my order had syrup!), and then found out upon arriving at the office that the vegetarian options that were ordered had meat on them... And those were for my boss. Not a great way to start the day. Staff is unfriendly and uncaring, which normally I sympathize with, but today it really felt like they messed up the order out of a lack of care. Really unpleasant.
