Consistently impressed with the quality of meals at Coppertop. On our recent visit, my wife ordered the crab stuffed flounder she had been eyeing, while I opted for the chop salad with grilled shrimp to enjoy alongside a bowl of lobster bisque. The seafood dishes were expertly prepared and bursting with flavor, though the bisque lacked the anticipated chunks of lobster. The attentive service and welcoming atmosphere make Coppertop a standout choice for dining in Valley City.
