I have only been there one time but the food was excellent and a wide selection of food to eat.

Well as a kid my family used to go here to eat before they moved to the mall. It was really good. I just went there with my two daughters today after a reading event the mall had and the service was ok, the cleanliness was worse then a landfill. At times I would get a whiff of rotten animal and dirty carpet. The wood work where we were seated by a servant post was beyond horrible and filthy. The plexiglass was so dirty It was hard to see through. They were wiping tables with a single rag and great value Windex table after table without cleaning or rinsing out the rag from what I seen. After we left my daughter puked all her food as her stomach was not feeling the greatest because of the bad smell of the dirty atmosphere in the place. My stomach was also turning. Needless to say, I will never be back if they don’t clean up the place. Which in my opinion the only way to clean that up is catching on fire and start over.

Oh WHERE shall I begin?? So yesterday 2-1-21 my soon and I went to Empire China Buffet NOT IMPRESSED in the least bit. They are wiping YOUR tables down from a bucket of water, using the SAME gloves, to serve you with. She took our glasses to get refills grabbed another customers plate, filled our glasses up without changing them out nor washing her hands from picking up someone's plate. WE walked out, I talked to the manager, who did seem to be nice, but still charged up for a half a plate of food (should've been free after that)! I also saw afterwards that on January 18th a 7 year old boy found a cockroach in his sweet and sour chicken only after I went there was I made aware of this issue. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN, DIRTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT SANITARY, AND I'VE GOT FOOD POISONING TO TOP IT OFF! I CALLED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT! Their food also didn't look fresh either which makes me wonder how often they switch it out. I wish I could've uploaded the pictures and video I took. My son and I now have FOOD POISONING to top it off!! Please don't go here unless you want to get sick!
