Hyde's changed many years ago, starting with the pies. Remember the meringue that used to be piled high ? When they changed to some kind of marshmallow top they weren't as good anymore.I knew the lady who made the pies. She passed away, but surely she left a recipe for meringue.

Last night we went to Hyde's for dinner. We hadn't been there for dinner in quite a while. Remember how great the fish sandwich was, on rye bread, I ordered it and was soooo excited!! When my sandwich arrived with 2 normal pieces of rye bread and 2 fish sticks I was shocked....I had to cut 1 piece of bread in half to actually make a sandwich. We have always loved Hyde's and have gone there since I worked for Mosley safe. Obviously this happened last night and I'm still upset about it!! I hope someone realizes that Hyde's is more than a money maker to all of their customers!!!
