I discovered this charming little diner on the outskirts of Salem that feels like a cozy home away from home. The pancakes are enormous and so tasty, made from fresh batter whipped up every hour, and the coffee is a steal at just a buck-fifty. I found myself enjoying breakfast for quite a while, and it was easy to indulge without breaking the bank.
