I have only visited this location twice, once about a year ago and today. Both times we left the store with only part of our order. Both times they did not give us our large order of livers and gizzards. We live 20 minutes away and after arriving home should not have to make a 40 minute round trip to retrieve the rest of our dinner. This time they said they will mail us a refund for the missing items. I will never visit this store again and, if asked by other, will advise them to stay away also.
