I got a big breakfast, no hash brown, cold sausage, cold egg. Called to complain, Zach claimed to be the store manager, hung up on me, called back, Crystal refused to give me the store managers name and also claimed to be the store manager. No offer to make it right by either person. Customer service must not be taught to employees at the East Liverpool, Calcutta location. Food service was deplorable.
