I have gone to many Ruby Tuesdays in different states. This one I was shocked. Tables were very sticky and dirty. Thank goodness we carry our own alcohol and wipes. We cleaned the tables, and the wipes turned black.
The food was very cold. Butter would not melt on the cold baked potatoes. Sirloin was tough and grizzly. Rice pilaf cold.
There was only 3 customers in the restaurant. No excuse for any of this.
Especially with the COV19 going on. Need to do a much better job cleaning.
