They don't even listen to what you ordered

I consider myself a regular here. There have been some changes in staff that I noticed.
Here lately the service hasn't been peachy or terrible. More like in the middle, could be worse, but could absolutely be better.
My recent order was incomplete and I feel like it was a rip-off. No receipts are being printed.
I did not receive my side for the combo meal and 2 small cups were stacked into each other to make the drink look like a "large". I normally expect the best from my local Tim's, but here lately I've always left the restaurant in a sour mood.
