Went through the drive thru to pickup an online order (with an already angry line of customers) the night of 8/16/2020 and the manager was extremely and constantly raising her voice with me. They were out of chicken tenders for my order and I was willing to compromise for a different type of chicken, but the manager absolutely was not. I ended up getting screamed and swore at by the manager because they were out of chicken tenders and the cookies were frozen. Somehow that is my fault. I was sent on my way with no food and no refund. Along with several other customers. I guess that is what happens when you have an 18 year old little girl running the restaurant as manager with no customer service experience whatsoever. I was very calm and collective during this entire interaction.
