Although my experiences with the steak hoagies from Richards Pizza in Hamilton have been disappointing, the BBQ chicken and pineapple pizza I tried recently at the Main Street location was absolutely delicious, a must-try for sure. The employees were kind and helpful, and the restaurant was clean, creating a pleasant dining experience.

I swear never felt like I've ever been mistreated and discriminated against in my life. Not only did they get my food wrong, I said extra sauce and I got no sauce. I was also judged by the employees and customers just because I walked in!!! I literally live 5 minutes down the road, so if I want to walk, that's my god given right and if it wasn't for customers, you people don't have a job!!!!!! And your stuck up customers don't pay my bills!!!!! You won't ever get my money again and I promise, anyone I know won't ever spend a dime there!!!!
