Lulu’s used to be such a great place to eat, but I wish I knew what has happened to it.
I ate there today and must say it was disappointing. My omelette was good, but the potatoes were saturated with oil.
Then there was this horrible gravelly sounding music/noise that was coming from the speakers. It sounded like a radio that wasn’t hooked up correctly.
Quiet is underestimated... I would much rather have nothing playing.

I go here often but try to avoid weekends as it's crazy busy. The food is good & the prices are great but the menus need replaced as the writing is almost worn off (there are at least 3 misspellings anyway.) The service is usually fine also but you don't want to sit at the counter unless you want to be embroiled in the waitress' drama.

I don't know why people give such bad reviews. I've never had bad service or food. I live in the area, get my hair cut next door, and enjoy a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast.
You can't please everyone I guess.

AFTER BEING SERVED WITH NO SILVERWARE, THE FOOD WAS OK. A BILL OF $8.23 WAS PRESENTED. I GAVE THE WAITRESS $20.00. THE CHANGE WAS $11.00. THIEVES. NO MENTION OF KEEP THE CHANGE.SHE ROUNDED MY BILL UP. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

From Massillon Ohio was at the hospital medical issue, ask nurse good place to eat she told us to go to LuLu's we both ordered Corn beef hash, it was great what we had & place was almost full, heard no complaints food & service was very good.

Lulu's was always the best breakfast place in Lima from the moment it was opened, l would often go with a friend when in the area, today we were there and all l have to say is " what happened', l had a veggie omelet and ate less than half of it, my friend had the Lulu's special and asked for his eggs to be over-easy, they looked good but were very runny and obviously not cooked all the way through, the waitress came over and said she would get some more and added "next time you should ask for them to be cooked medium " ? really , we have never heard that before. Anyway the 3 egg's were replaced and they were as bad as the original egg's and she apologized and said she would take them to show the cook so maybe he could learn how to cook them right. She took the price off the egg's off of the bill rightly so, also the fried potato's were not too good either. Maybe you could get someone to try the food out for you and get their opinion.

Food was cold .Didn't give us bacon with meal. Gravy and bisquits out of can.We will not go back.

I love Lulu's, go to it all the time on the west side of Lima. The East side Sucks. Service is bad I was waiting 20 minutes for a refill and boxes all she brought me was a check and I had to ask for the manager to get the boxes. They were playing on their cell phones instead of working. Bacon was burnt, eggs were half done, and the hash browns were black. Omelet was good. Next time I will stick with the original and drive across town to the better Lulu's on the west side.

ordered cornbeef hash with a poached egg. it was almost raw. the bread was good. They took it back and still charged for everything.

Beware ordered food for take out on Jan 3, all 3 meals were bad food tasted old! We have had severe stomach issues since eating I'm sure its a touch of food poisoning. Worse place in lima!!!!! This was the place on bellfontaine ave!!
