Ordered a "Medium" 16oz ribeye....it came out WELL DONE....the manager offered to cook one himself for us but we declined...we were hungry and didn't want to wait...so he took off a few dollars but when you order...don't be surprised if you get one that's a tad bit chewy....we will get something different if we eat there again.
