I brought Billy Sims BBQ to a company function at their request, and everyone enjoyed the food. As a Texas Longhorn fan, I hesitated to try a restaurant named after an OU running back, but it turned out to be a great choice. While I did forget to ask for serving utensils, the generous portions and friendly staff made the experience worthwhile, and I suggest giving their Loaded Baked Potato a try.
