Went in at 10:30 one morning for coffee and a pastry. As the lady poured my coffee she told the others they were out of coffee. I said, "so, no refills?" "We charge for refills." "Seriously? If I go to McDonald's I can get all the free refills I want as long as I am there. You don't have a sign that says no free refills." She said she wouldn't make another pot because they probably wouldn't sell it all in 1-1/2 hours. They don't offer coffee creamer either.
