The weekly specials at Hugh Kitchen were always a highlight for me, and the home-cooked flavors never disappointed. The shrimp fried rice was a standout dish, with large, succulent shrimp and perfectly sticky rice. The atmosphere may be average, but the food and service make it a must-try spot in town.

THEIR CHICKEN FRIED RICE IS SPECTACULAR! THEY HAVE A GINGER DRESSING THAT I LIKE TO PUT A LITTLE ON MY RICE THAT MAKES IT HUMMMMMMMMMMM!
