Traveling across country and had an overnight in Okmulgee. Found Kirby's online and decided to give them a shot. Boy am I glad we did! First of all, the Fried Pickles are the absolute best I ever had. Our party of 4 had different kinds of classic American meals and they were all awesome. I was also struck by how all the employees helped each other out. If our waitress was busy another would come by to see how we were doing or refill drinks, etc. This place is a small town gem!!!!!

The food is Always hot and Great 💕😋 the waitresses are so nice and Friendly the service is excellent and we have been eating there since the 80s there is Really nothing bad you can say 💕😋💕😋

Maybe"¦ if they remember your order at all. I called, placed an order, gave my name and even asked how much it was. Came in 20-30 minutes later expecting a to-go order and all I got was an attitude and a disrespectful response that they had no idea what I was talking about and if they were sure I had even CALLED. Then I called after I left, seemed like she forgot the order and the proceeded to lie to me and say that I never placed the order"¦ Great food, seriously"¦ When they remember to cook it. Awful service and waitress. I wouldn't recommend to-go, just sit where they can clearly see you and you might get a great meal out of it

Took relatives visiting from Mississippi and they loved the food and said it was the BEST sweet tea ever and believe me, sweet tea is a staple in Mississippi. Thanks for an awesome meal and as I live in Okmulgee, I will definitely be back for the deep fried green beans~!~ WOW

It's nice to be able to see menus on this site. Although they need to update their site on Okmulgee. Capps is no longer there and Massey's retired and are also closed

Several of the restaurants you've mentioned are no longer in Okmulgee. Cafí© on the Square has been closed for over 10 years 😳

Great food, clean, comfortable place, phenomenal prices... wish there was a Kirby's near me! And I wish I had a bigger stomach to try something else while I'm here! Oh, and people are friendly and relaxed! Skip the fast food chains and drive into old downtown - well worth it!
