Average food, average service, but this place is worth going to just for the atmosphere. The decor is almost completely original to the 1920's-silks, chandeliers, golden trellises and mother-of-pearl inlaid tables. No childrens menu, but we had plenty of food to share with our kids. It's not open late, but the private booths in the back would be lovely for a romantic dinner for two.
