Having lived in Arizona for most of my life, I have a solid appreciation for Mexican cuisine, and since moving to Omaha, I've found a place that stands out. The food is decent, the cocktails are tasty, and I can't get enough of the fresh chips and salsa. I've had great experiences with the service, especially from Jandell, and I'm definitely planning to return for more of those delicious birria tacos!

Having lived in Arizona for most of my life, I consider myself knowledgeable about Mexican cuisine. Since relocating to Omaha, I have found a new favorite eatery for Mexican food. While it may not be the absolute best I've ever had, it surpasses other options in the area that I've sampled. The cocktails and beer selection are enjoyable, the chips and salsa are fresh, and the overall dining experience was satisfactory.

went to eat on Monday, ordered taco plates w/rice and refried beans. I ordered tilapia taco on fried flour tortilla and al pastor taco...fish -good, al pastor -cold,,i mean really cold! waiter (nametag said JUAN but he was from india!) knew nothing about the food he was serving. came back from the kitchen and said the al pastor was just a microwaved factory meat product as were three other entrée items and that mine was not cooked long enough, duH!also taco shells were not fresh fried but prepackaged skinny and tasteless...so sad, used to be a really good mex. food place but no more...al pastor is a classic mex. dish and delish when done right but they really missed the mark on this one!!!! save your money and just eat the junk at TACO BELL, AT LEAST THERE YOU KNOW ITS ALL PROCESSED CRAP!

I like La Mesa Mexican Restraunt. The food is reallly good, and it is always a nice treat to go there to eat. They also have Mexican seafood dishes, and other menu iitems that most of the other places in Omaha don't carry. La Mesa is one of the best Mexican food places in Omaha and Bellevue.
