On Saturday Oct. 8, 2022 at 6:14pm I stopped at the Arby's on S. 72nd St Plz. in Papillion. I ordered a Turkey Market Fresh meal with French fries and a root beer. I also ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich. The young man at the window was very pleasant. I started to pull away and my wife said they gave you curly fries. I pulled ahead and went back in with my food. There were 3 young people who barely looked at me. The spoke up and said there was a mistake on my order. I got curly fries instead of French fries. After looking at each to see who would help me, one of them (a young African American girl) took my curly fries and went over to get some replacement French fries. As she handed them to me she said, "these are krinkle fries" in a very condescending manner. This is not how you treat a customer! When we got home we found the fries were not even warm and my bread wasn't close to being fresh.
We will not be going back and encourage others to refrain going to this location as well.
