I've moved to St. Thomas and have already enjoyed Bella Jacks multiple times, where the food is delicious and their margaritas are fantastic. The friendly service and consistent quality make it my go-to for satisfying Mexican cuisine, and I've been impressed by the variety of dishes available, all at excellent value.

So, we went for lunch at Bella Jacks yesterday. Food was ok, but no one checked our covid info or ID. I wondered about that, but we went ahead and sat down expecting perhaps the wait staff would check, but nope. Covid was not mentioned. The food was ok. The atmosphere was not... it felt dingy, the table was sticky and I was glad to leave...which we should have done when we were not checked when we walked in the door.
After, in thinking about the experience, they have put us at risk by not covid checking their patrons. We won't be back

Hometown yumminess. Great atmosphere and food too! Love the tortilla soup.

Very disappointed.Been a weekly customer since they opened supported them through covid by ordering when they reopened by weekly.Was told tonight they couldnt do pick up over an hour before closing and was not very nice on phone. .

Great presentation, decent value considering the large portion size. Wife had the beef burrito and I the fish tacos. Was very surprised to see the correct and authentic use of pickled cabbage which the last time I have seen was in the remote fishing village of Barra DeNavidad. Will be back soon. ----JW.
