Let me share my experiences at this establishment with you.
We are a group of 10 to 12 people that have been meeting for breakfast EVERY week for over a year at this location.
As this restaurant is never very busy at 8:45 on Sunday mornings, our group was able to sit at one of the large tables as we prefer to sit together. Over our many visits, we were always treated well.
However, on Sunday passed, even after some of our group were ALREADY SEATED AND SERVED we were asked to move to 3 small tables because someone had phoned in to reserve a large table. Obviously not regular customers.
We then asked to speak to the manager to see if this situation could be remedied; we were then told that we were being rude and told to "get out the door"
Talk about looking after your regular clientele; what a laugh.
The "manager" was very disrespectful and yelled at us to GET OUT, all of this in front of other customers. Not a comfortable situation for anyone. This person is obviously not qualified to be in that position because of her complete lack of people skills.
Needless to say, we will never patronize this establishment again and I will definitely let others know exactly how we were treated at this Niagara-on-the-Lake location.

Went here on TWO occasions for dinner. Both times food was excellent. No problems at all. Staff was way over friendly and went above and beyond to please, both occasions had a different item each time and both were outstanding. Only hope it might be open in two weeks when go up again.
