The portions are generous, and the sweet and sour chicken balls stand out as the best in the Windsor area, making every visit worthwhile. Though the ambiance leans towards the divey side, the food consistently impresses, especially the fried rice and won ton soup, which I believe are the true measures of a great Chinese restaurant-all at reasonable prices.

The portions are generous, and the sweet and sour chicken balls are the best I've had in the Windsor area. While the interior has a dive-like charm, the food is mostly excellent, especially the fried rice and wonton soup, and the prices are quite reasonable, although takeout can be hit or miss.
